Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 2nd shift Production/Sanitation team member to join our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater.
START THE DAY AFTER YOUR INTERVIEW - UPON HIRE SHIFT HOURS:
Monday through Friday with a start time of 5:
00pm STARTING HOURLY RATE:
$17.
25 with the potential of increasing $17.
55 after 90 days.

Job functions include:
Loader:
Lifting stacks of flats of eggs on to the loader conveyor efficiently.
Packer Operator:
Operator denesting machines for cartons.
Make adjustments to equipment to eliminate issues Packer:
Must package cartons of eggs into finished cases.
Be able to alert processing leads when there is a product issue.
Material Handler:
Must move pallets of eggs onto a loader safely.
Sanitation:
Being responsible for completing and documenting the duties outlined on the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Scheduled Cleaning.
Being responsible for labeling, mixing, handling and proper usage of cleaning chemicals.
Being responsible for wearing proper PPE when using chemicals or cleaning supplies.
Requirements Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time.
